Hi - I’m Emma, a qualified London Blue Badge Tourist Guide.

I love introducing visitors to the London I know and cherish. Drawing on my background as a writer and storyteller, I bring the city to life: sharing tales of the people, places and moments that shaped this place we affectionally call “The Big Smoke.”

My tours offer thoughtful, engaging experiences at some of London’s most remarkable cultural landmarks, including the National Gallery, Tate Britain, Tate Modern, the National Portrait Gallery, the Victoria and Albert Museum, the British Museum, Westminster Abbey, the Tower of London, and St Paul’s Cathedral.

For those who are passionate about art - I can curate bespoke tours taking in any of the large and smaller galleries around London. I am particularly passionate about bringing to life the stories of female artists, both from the past and those working today.

For younger visitors, I offer specially curated tours at the British Museum and the Tower of London, designed to spark curiosity and imagination for children aged seven and above.

I also lead walking tours across London, with a particular focus on art and architecture, and the extraordinary women who have lived and worked in the city.

Beyond London, I organise cultural visits to historic destinations such as Bath, Stratford-upon-Avon, Oxford, Salisbury, Canterbury, and Hampton Court Palace
